Foreclosure Cleaning Contracts and Jobs: There’s Tons of Work Out There

If you know where to look. One thing you’ll find through these listings is that many of them are with your local counties. They have contracts for everything from window cleaning to lawn maintenance to tree trimming/cutting to installing HVAC units – and so much more.

All of these are services that foreclosure cleaning businesses can provide. As we discuss in this post on how to determine which services your foreclosure clean up company should offer, you can grow this type of business as large or keep it as small as you want. It’s only limited by your desire.

Foreclosure Clean Up: An Evergreen Business

And, this is also makes this business evergreen – the services provided will ALWAYS been needed – in good real estate markets or bad.

The Value of City, State, County Contracts When Growing Your Foreclosure Cleaning Company

Many of them last for years, which means that once you land it, you it’ll be so much easier for you to get that same contract when it comes up again for renewal.

Remember, one government contract (even a small county one), could be worth tens of thousands (or millions!) of dollars. Read how one commercial cleaning company increased revenues from $225,000 per year to over $10,000,000 by getting government contracts. Your foreclosure cleaning business can be a success story like this also.
