If you know where to look. One thing you’ll find through these listings is that many of them are with your local counties. They have contracts for everything from window cleaning to lawn maintenance to tree trimming/cutting to installing HVAC units – and so much more.

The Value of City, State, County Contracts When Growing Your Foreclosure Cleaning Company

Many of them last for years, which means that once you land it, you it’ll be so much easier for you to get that same contract when it comes up again for renewal.

Remember, one government contract (even a small county one), could be worth tens of thousands (or millions!) of dollars.
